I desperately need a new power cable for my router. I work from home & it’s just stopped working today. To be honest I’ve had nothing but trouble with the router since I moved home 18 month ago. I any of the support team could help I would be eternally grateful

@Hekenhal, staff will probably send you a completely new router, as they can't send out power cables on their own. You'll need to return the current router in the returns bag they'll also send you.
They will need to identify your account. You must complete your community forum profile details for them to do this.
Add your Talktalk landline number / account number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
