Hi can I buy a talktalk Router as my service has been migrated to talk talk and my Router is very old?

@Jodiejackson11292, if you've been migrated from Shell, you may still have to go through the Shell Migration team for support. 

 

You'd need call 03451 720088 [closes 7pm] or use Chat during the day [closes 9pm] if that's the case. Wait and see what staff say on here first.

If your router is not functioning well, it can be swapped for a new one, @Jodiejackson11292.

Are you encountering actual problems with it?

 

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings....SAVE CHANGES.
