CONSTANT SLOW SPEEDS

My internet is not getting to 6mb. I have reported this and run tests several times. I keep getting texts saying its resolved but it is not!

I have tried logging into the admin site and changing settings as per guidance but still getting same low speeds.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service

 

Line test is passing and your router is in sync at 27.4Mbps. Is your router current connected to your test socket?

Hi @Kassie800_0,

 

If you go to the Service Centre what does it show for your ‘Estimated Speed’ and your ‘Measured Speed’. If you run a speed test (ideally from both a wired and wireless device so that you can compare), how close are the speed test results to that ‘Measured Speed’.
