Been working from home for 2 years and connecting to my work server via VPN.

Today it's no longer working.

Apparently, this is an issue they are aware of, firmware updates to the router seem to cause this problem.

Any advice?

Regards,

Martyna

hi @Michelle-TalkTalk ,

You can update the router Monday to Thursday between 6am and 3pm.

Thanks,

Morning,

We can update the router firmware for you. When would be the best time to do this for you as this will take around 20 minutes and the router cannot be re-booted or switched off during this time?

Thanks
