Hi,
I just called in to Talktalk to cancel my plan on 15 August, and I have yet to receive a cancellation acknowledgement email, even though I was told over the phone that the email will be sent to me. I could still access my Talktalk account after 2 days. How long is the wait for the confirmation of the cancellation of Broadband plan with Talktalk?
