Hi
I got BT internet and am still being charged for broadband. I am unable to get through to a representative. BT have confirmed they did not send the take over request. I am unable to get into my account as my mum does not have access to her account. Please help.

Has the BT service gone live ?
If you can get the account holder to call our Teams directly, they can discuss the account fully after a security check. Once the account holder has been verified, our teams can cancel any cease orders that are in place however, if the account has fully closed and services have been disconnected, they cannot be reinstated and a fresh order via our sales teams would need to be placed.
