Cannot connect to my company VPN with new Sagemcom router

Hi, I have had a new TalkTalk router Sagemcom FAST 5364-3.T8, and I now I cannot connect oto my companies VPN.  Is there a firmware update I need to apply ?

I'm really sorry about this.

 

Our Devices Team have advised that updates on the firmware should now be available within the next 2 weeks.

 

We are currently still experiencing issues updating the router firmware.

There's currently an intermittent problem that we are trying to get resolved. It means that unfortunately firmware updates are failing most of the time

Would you be able to send me the firmware file to update my router.  I am an IT professional and I have already seem where to update the firmware in the router.

I need to make a change to your router firmware but the update keeps failing at the moment.

 

Please can you leave the router switched on and we will keep trying to update your router firmware.
