Cannot log in to Broadband account online

I have recently upgraded my BB package for another 18 months.

I have tried to log into my account via a browser but i guess I tried to many combinations of my password as I've not logged in for ages and now I have been blocked due to suspicious activity!

How do I get back in. I reset my password but I still couldn't log in.

Did you manage to log in eventually. 

 

The account is not showing as restricted.
