When trying to access my work vpn I recieve the below message. I dont have this problem when connected to any other network, only my home talk talk one

I think I have updated this information, the whole talk talk website and set up is not user friendly whatsoever. I have been on the phone with your 'Technical department', I have been through online chat and now this forum and still no help from anyone. please give me a solution for this asap
