Hi, my partner’s laptop has not connected to our Wi-Fi hub using Cisco Anyconnect VPN for a couple of weeks now. Any ideas as to how this can be resolved please? Steve

Apologies for this.

You probably need to have the router firmware rolled back, as there was a bug in the latest version, @steve_optiko.
Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for forum staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....add all required information in Personal Information. Scroll down and SAVE CHANGES.
If there's an inconvenient time to lose the connection, while this is being done, post again to let staff know. When they roll back the firmware, you'll lose the connection for c 5 minutes.
Staff will respond during the day.
