Cisco anyConnect VPN Issues

Hi,

I've recently been having issues with my work laptop's VPN, Cisco anyConnect and have had to use my phone as a hotspot. I've seen other posts relating this to the firmware, mine is currently SG4K100202. Can this issue be resolved?
