Cisco AnyConnect VPN does not work anymore

Hello,

I have the same issues as others with Cisco AnyConnect. No internet access and no VPN connection to my work laptop. The IT department of the organisation I work for has excluded any other reasons for this issue and told me the problem has to do with TalkTalk. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Rolled back your firmware, and this will allow the VPN to connect.

Can you please update your Community Profile to include your

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number
