My internet stopped working on 25th September, I reported it on 26th September - it was eventually fixed on 4th October and I have been told Talk Talk are giving me £19.52 compensation - how is that worked out? I am not happy and will report to ofcom if the offer isn’t increased - how do I speak to anyone at Talk Talk about this?
