Talk talk/ city fibre were unable to repair our damaged cable for two months. We reported it on the 24th February 2024 and the cable was finally replaced on or around 26th April 2024.

We were told that compensation would be automatically awarded within 30 days. This hasn’t happened and today I found out that we have to ask for compensation because city fibre dealt with the repair.

A good will gesture of £38.00 was credited to my account because of the additional data we had to buy so that we could pay bills etc.

What is my next move?
