@nambuso-TT I'm going to take a leap of faith here, given the content of @Denisgibbard other post and assume it's relating to the TV Hub.

Is this correct @Denisgibbard ?

If so then you can connect by either means, but if you are limited on ethernet connections to, say powerline plugs, or your router then connecting via Wi-Fi can be done.

I asked on your other thread if your Hub was a replacement for an old YouView box. If so then this box could only be connected directly to the router or Powerline plug. If, as suggested, you can still use this box for recording, then it's best to keep this box connected via the powerline plug and connect the Hub via Wi-Fi.

Hope I've guessed your issues correctly, as you didn't give us a lot to work with, but if not the please provide concise details of your issue under one of your 2 threads, and we can then close the other to avoid confusion.

Thank you.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
