You are on a very very old package where you are paying for line rental and broadband separately, your minimum term ended in 2017, I would suggest you call the loyalty team on 03451720088 They will be able to see what options are available to reduce your bill.

All details will be itemised in your bill in My Account, @Emeliad9.
Look at previous bills too for comparison.
Check the End of Contract date, which would result in losing the discount for the service; any boost discounts would also expire.
