DNS Issues random disconnects

Every now and then I lose internet its only briefly but can be a little annoying. 

I added some logs in screenshot form I attached to this post.  

 

Another other information need just ask.

When you do return the old router keep a record of the tracking number and a certificate of posting, @wpa_2.

 

The recording and processing of returned routers often get delayed at Talktalk's end, resulting in them sending out a bill for £50....

 

So hang onto the paperwork!

Shall I return the old return using the prepaid envelope, This router seems a lot better already I like the advanced settings on the new one. 

I shall monitor my internet over next couple of days and report back.

The Huawei looks superficially similar to the Sagemecom, but has an all black fascia as opposed to bronze holes, so have you in fact got the same model?

Received router have not tested it yesterday but just to say its the same as what I already have so is it still worth trying?>

The Huawei WIFI hub is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

The firmware your router currently has should resolve the reported DNS issues.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see some re connections.

 

Would you like me to send a Huawei WIFI hub to see how the connection compares?
