My home desktop computer will not connect to the talk talk WiFi hub.
What I have tried:
On computer:
- reset WiFi adapter.
- reset Winsock and iP stacks.
- uninstall and reinstall drivers.
- bought a separate WiFi dongle adapter and try to connect, will not connect saying ' cannot connect to network '
- try to connect PC one metre to hub, won't connect.
- Install fresh copy of Windows 11, will not connect.
- connected computer via Lan, computer can Access Internet, take cable out and try to connect via WiFi, it will not connect.
- Pc will connect to other WiFi networks, just not the talk talk WiFi hub.
On hub:
Reset WiFi hub, won't connect.
The lights on the hub is solid white.

Your WiFi password for the network name ending in 83 is taking too long to be exchanged with the router. It uses the WiFi Network adapter Realtek 8811CU which is connected via USB. I assume this is the adapter that you are trying to connect with?
Have you tried "forgetting" the network & then reconnecting to it?

Hi @c_wakeraley
Your zip file does not contain the correct files. In the folder:-
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WlanReport
This is a hidden folder, but is easy to view by pasting the above folder into the Run box in Windows.
You should find at least four files like this example:-
Please can you try again?

Hi @c_wakeraley
@Michelle-TalkTalk has asked me to help you. Please open a command prompt window by going to:-
Start > Accessories > Command Prompt
Alternatively, click the Window Icon & type in the search box:-
cmd
in the search box next to it. This should find the "Command Prompt" from there, but right click it & select run as administrator. In there, enter the command:-
netsh wlan show wlanreport
Followed by Enter. Then wait for it to finish.
Then go to the folder:-
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WlanReport
Zip up the files in that folder & attach them to your reply.
Thanks.
Keith

Hi again,
Thanks for confirming. @KeithFrench - Would you be able to offer any advice on this please?
In regards to the latency, what speeds are you seeing if you run a speed test please?
Thanks
Michelle
