Does anybody now why the live chat is never available?

I do not even have the option for it and it's not because of the antiblocker..

Please help I really need to use the live chat!

Repeat questions even when logged in  replys on live chats seems like a bot technical issue not fixed

If you cannot see the blue CHAT NOW button then it is a browser issue.

I am using Chrome with Microsoft Defender Browser Extension and no ad or banner blockers.
