This happened around the same time a week or so ago too. Might have been during a storm then but they couldn't use that excuse now. I was in the middle of games of PUBG each time... lost rep for "quitting" too ☹️
Apparently there is maintenance in Aberdeen & Milton Keynes, but I am in neither of those areas. I suspect there is maintenance elsewhere too but there's no information about it.

I rebooted the router the first time which achieved nothing so left it and waited for the connection to come back. It seems I was certainly not the only person to experience this at this time...

Apparently people experienced that at a similar time last night too, although not myself. Looks to me like there has been unannounced maintenance causing this, which they start at 1am (similar to the announced Aberdeen & Milton Keynes one). Some of us are still active at that time 🙂

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.
Do you reboot the router when you experience this issue or do you wait for the connection to come back on its own?
