Disconnected one week before moving

i spoke to people in Northern Ireland, Philippines and South Africa and it was a bad experience 

 

talktalk claim I told them i was moving out on the 24th March when in fact I am moving to my new place on 30th March

 

I am now without internet for a week and using my phone to tether , its just not godo enough 

 

it took me an hour and a half but they claim thats what I told them

 

PS they send fake line tests, i was disconnected on the 24th but on 25th i get a text telling me that my line is working , thats a lie 

 

they claim they will send me a usb with the evidence , lets see , i just cant see how that is possible . if they record calls i should be able to listen in as well not have to do a SAR 

 

when you are moving home the last thing you need is to get disconnected at such a critical time . if i am proved wrong I will eat humble pie and comment here but i simply cant see how that is possible

I'm really sorry , I don't have access to call recordings but the notes do state disconnection was requested for the 24th.
