Hi,
I signed up for a new package on the 31st January that came with a free echo dot and smart plug. The email said
Once your new connection is up and running, we'll e-mail you a unique voucher code within 37 days to claim your Amazon Echo dot 4th Gen & Amazon Smart Plug.
As the 37 days has now elapsed and I have received no communication regarding the code, please can you tell me what is happening with this a when i will receive the code.
