Two simple objective non-bespoke questions:
1) Is TalkTalk aware of any network issues/active faults in the York area?
2) And if so; where can I actually follow progress to understand what is going on?
Incorrect answers:
- Run a connection test via the My Connection page (the dashboard is broken, and support after 2 contacts and 1 engineer visit still communicates zero information)
- Check the Service Status dashboard (also communicates zero information and is useless because TalkTalk do not show historical events, and dont even put all events on there)

I'm sorry for the delay. I'm not aware of a specific issue. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Can I just confirm what specific issues you are experiencing with the connection at the moment? Is this related to the stability of the connection?
