Facebook not loading images

Hi,

On my residential FTTC connection facebook is failing to load images or videos. 

There are no blocking categories enabled in HomeSafe/KidsSafe. This is the same on TalkTalk DNS and external DNS.

This is the same across multiple devices. If the same device connects to an alternate connection it works immediately with no issues.

Can someone look at any possible issues with your facebook CDN/caching whatever as this has been this way for us for several days now.

Did you try the 30 minute power down of the router?

Hi @oshiewan,

Have you tried leaving the router switched off for over 30 minutes, this will ensure you get a new session when you power it back on, this can sometimes resolve random content delivery issues like this.
