Enable Media Server through router (Sagemcom FAST 5364 Shell)

Hi

 

I noticed that the router has a USB port. I am trying to make it a portable media server through a HDD for my Fire Stick.

 

However there is no setting inside the router to enable Media Sharing /Samba.

 

Anyone able to do it?

Yes, you can use any router of your choice as long as it has a built in modem suitable for your current connection type.

Is it possible to use buy different, better router to replace it?

 

I came from NowTV who did not allow different router
