Hi everyone,
I've just renewed my broadband package for another 18 months, and I think the call centre agent, has missed understood me when he asked about if I wanted to continue with the Safe Cover protection.
I said yes, I would like to continue with the 1 device cover, not the 10 device cover but he's removed it entirely and now my cover has expired, and I have no security protection.
How can I resolve this quickly, without incurring any penalties?

Hi MattiP, as Gliwmaeden2 has so rightly said the free for 1 licence is no more. It's 10 licences for £4 per month now.

It's no longer available, free, for just one device, @MattiP.
You have to pay for it and it can cover up to 10 devices.
