Faulty router

Hello, my Internet has been working fine and yesterday I woke up to no power going through my router. No lights etc. I have tried unplugging it, factory reset for 30 seconds with no luck. Can someone please send me out a replacement router and a bag to send the faulty one back in ASAP please.
