Sometimes the white light fails, @BrightEyes88. If everything else works, it isn't urgent.
Did it show amber while it was setting up? That's more important as you need to know what's happening when it's NOT on what should be steady white.
Wait for staff to pick up your thread after the weekend.
Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; complete your Personal Information. Then scroll down further to find the SAVE CHANGES button.
