Powerline adapter not working

One of my powerline adapters is not working, I have tried plugging it into a different power source but there are still no lights on it. Therefore it is not connecting with the power line adapter in the next room where the tv is hence I keep getting the message ‘your tv box and router are not connected. How do I get a new one

TalkTalk no longer supply powerline adapters, their latest TV box connects by WiFi. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
