Our broadband has been down since 1pm BST and I can't contact someone at Talk Talk to help us.
I can't run: https://support.talktalk.co.uk/self-care
because no boxes appear for me to select.
My partner and I need to work and my kids are revising.
Can any one please help?

If you still need assistance can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number
- Alternative contact number
