Hi, When I upgraded my service I received a new router and the old one was switched off at TalkTalk I think. I didn't receive a returns bag to send the old one back. Please could you arrange for a returns bag to be sent to me so I can keep things as green as possible (mostly very hard with electronics it seems). Thanks

We usually send out return bags to customers who need to return equipment from TalkTalk. If you need a return bag, please start a new thread, and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Also, just a heads up: most of our plans come with broadband and a landline, except for our Full Fibre Data-Only plans. If you’re looking for a plan without a landline since you don’t use one, I recommend reaching out to our Loyalty department at 0345 172 0088. They’re available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and are closed on Sundays. Our dedicated team will be glad to assist you. 🙂
