Hi, When I upgraded my service I received a new router and the old one was switched off at TalkTalk I think. I didn't receive a returns bag to send the old one back. Please could you arrange for a returns bag to be sent to me so I can keep things as green as possible (mostly very hard with electronics it seems). Thanks
