Can anyone tell me how I can get through to someone to explain that I am paying for Fibre 65 and should get a minimum of 52Gb speed. My account says I should only get 22Gb as if I am on the lower band. I complain and they check the line and say there is a fault and open reach will be calling out to check it. But I think it is a case that they have set up my account wrongly. Charging for Fibre 65 but only giving the non-fibre speed. Anyone know how to resolve this?
