I am trying to set up the guest access account on my router and see that it sets an IP Address range of 192.168.8.*
With the main internet access being 192.168.0.* it means that the guest account has no internet access
Help with this set up would be greatly appreciated

Hi @ianfirth99
I will ask our Devices Team if they can schedule this update for you (overnight/early hours in the morning)
on 28-10-2024 02:22 PM
Please can you set it to update during the silent hours so as not to affect WFH
Thank you

Hi @ianfirth99
The firmware hasn't updated as yet, would you like me to push the new firmware to your router this morning?

Morning,
Ok no problem. If you leave the router switched on then it should hopefully update out of hours over the weekend. I'll check on Monday to see if this has updated.
Thanks
Michelle

Hello Michelle
I'm guessing it will take down my internet connection and I'm WFH at the moment.
Can it be scheduled for overnight?

Hi ian,
The new firmware is now available. Would you like us to update your router for you now?
Thanks
Michelle

That is because of a bug in the Sagemcom FAST5364/5464 firmware. It is fixed in the next release, which is due any time now.
