After re-boot of router speed is good (36-40 Mbps), but drops to <2 after a few hours

the signal coming into my flat is constant at around 36-40 MBps.

However, after a few hours the speed drops to less than 2 Mbps. Both hard-wired (Cat 5 cable) and WiFi connections are affected.

Looking at other posts on the forum, I can see that this a known problem.

The issue appears to be with the router, replacement of which solves the problem.

This beiung so, could you please send me a replacement router.

PS. Apologies for the confusion caused by my previously using an old profile I had completely forgotten about.

Thank you for your patience and your help.

And, of course, for sending the router.
