Hi,
I am thinking of maybe investing in Sky Glass but know it needs an appropriate broadband service.
Currently I have Fibre 35 with you.
I was thinking I may need to upgrade, but I need to check a few things first that I cannot find on your website...
Given that I will be streaming video almost 100% of the time and some may well be in HD I wondered what the minimum spec service you would recommend would be. I also need to be sure there is no data cap as I know this amount of streaming will take a LOT of data.
I am also interested if you apply any throttling should the data usage exceed certain limits. Of course if I am streaming all my TV services, I do not want to find that at a certain point the service drops.
Also do you offer any guaranteed speeds or are they just quoted as averages?

The specifics of your speeds for the account you are on are detailed in Service Centre, @Goldie42.
Your speed won't be throttled and data download is unlimited (but subject to fair usage).
Read the Ts&Cs, linked at the foot of any TT page.
