I recently changed my package on 3rd Feb with an online advisor. I had a copy of my contract but t didn’t state what my package was. On my recent bill l noticed lm now paying for a couple of calls. I’ve been into my account it says Unlimited calls does that mean all day or just evenings & weekends & no mobile calls. Because l’ve tried to ring different mobile numbers, and a recorded message says Outbound calls are Barred to this number. I’ve tried numerous times to speak to a customer assistant with no luck as it refers you to go online which is quite difficult as this won’t solve my problem. I did manage to speak to someone when l pressed the option for leaving Talk Talk as l was considering going with another provider. But the early exit fee was £244.65!!!! which l can’t afford to pay. I did think that I was leaving in the 2 week period. But was told l was a month in on my contract.

l have tried to add & delete numbers in my calling circle which doesn’t happen l just get thrown out of my account. I would like to know the rules with that.

Anytime calls are to Landline and mobiles you can call all standard UK landlines and mobiles all day, every day. You can talk for up to 60 minutes free on each call before being charged at the standard rate. But if you'd like to talk for longer than 60 minutes, just hang up and redial at no extra cost.  

 

You have a mobile bar on the account which is the reason for the barred message.

 

Also There is a transfer order from Virgin due to complete on the 6th March, sorry that you are leaving.
