I have had no communication from TalkTalk as to what is happening when the old copper landlines are closed down. I am not sure who to contact.

Hi

 

Openreach are still working to replace copper landline services with full fibre in many areas, so there is no definitive time scale for when this will be fully completed.

 

Your line will not just cut off, when it is nearer the time for landlines to be phased out, TalkTalk will contact you to discuss upgrading to a full fibre service with VOIP for your telephone calls.
