Firmware update needed for sagecom router

Hi can someone help me it says on the service centre I need a firmware upgrade for my sagecom router?

 

i recently moved home connection went live 26/10 and its drops out all the time for hours at a time mostly during the night… its currently not working now but seems to work between 9am until midnight with intermittent drops in connection throughout the day. I reported the fault 27/10 apparently the line is ok but the router has a message saying ‘You have a Sagemcom-FAST5364 but the software needs updating to the latest version’ there is no guidance how to fix this.

 

I’ve rebooted the router many times including a couple factory resets and nothing changes. 

Ive even tried my old router still no connection. i work from home and really need the connection to be stable by Monday. TIA for any help.

When would be the best time to update your router firmware?

 

We advise to leave the router switched on without being rebooted whilst we update the FW, this should take no longer than 15 minutes to update.

What firmware version are you currently running, the latest ends in 136?
