Hi I didn’t bring my router with me. The WiFi is going live in a few days and i was told over the phone that it would need to be live before requesting a new router (??!)
I’ve now just recieved a text from openreach telling me i should have my router plugged in already for the go live date… do i need to just go and buy one or will talktalk actually send me a router before the go live date??? I’ve been waiting over a week as it is.
