Hi,
I have recently returned to Talktalk after a years absence and find that the only way to gain access to Myaccount is by requesting a link by email. This gets rather tiring. I can see the info but when I request to change my password I get an error message "Oops, something has gone wrong please try again".
I really need to chat online to somebody!

There seems to a few email addresses linked to your account, (gmail, and .biz addresses) can you confirm which one you are trying use to log in.
