Hg635 Software Needs Update

The 'service centre check status button' message indicates that the router software needs updating.
Considerable time was spent on the talktalk chat line several days ago and they claimed to have to resolved this, but the same message persists.
HG635 Router - Remote management is enabled - software version 1.13t - firmware version G1.01.
Is a software update really required as everything appears to work ok...

Hi

1.14t is the latest FW version for your router. It may take service centre a couple of days to catch up.

Thanks

Karl.

Yesterday the 'router software needs updating' message had cleared and software recorded at version 1.14t

Turned router off overnight to ensure it was fully resolved. When turned on today the 'router software needs updating' message had returned, and router software reports version 1.14t.

Can this be explained.

Hi KeithG2

I'm unable to connect to your router at the moment. Would it be ok to factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds, I can then try and connect again.

Thanks
