Hi I am not very technical at all and my broadband has been down for seven days now waiting for city fibre to do a repair outside in their junction box.
Phoned talktalk this morning and I was given a £20 credit on my account. She said something about getting a hotspot but I have no idea where to start, where do I get a hotspot from? I am a pensioner and not very technical at all can anyone point me in the right direction please.
