Hi
My router is flashing orange light, i.e. no internet connection.
Wifi is OK.
I've tried "off/wait-20-minute/on" restart & also hard reset with pinhole on back.
TalkTalk have run a line test & all is OK.
I tried my old TalkTalk router & that still works fine, so line is probably OK, as tested.
I conclude I need a new router but can't find out how to get one other than wait ages for chatbot to connect me to an agent, or wait in lengthy phone queue.
Is there some way of ordering one online & returning the defective one?

I've got the very same problem. I also think my router needs replacing, as I've had it for years. My internet connection is disconnecting every few minutes and as I use my laptop for work, the situation is untenable. I'm also paying for a service that I am not getting.

Installed new box & all OK.
Have returned old faulty router.
