Reported a fault with broadband this morning and promised updates still heard nothing. 

When will our Internet be back working.

Please can you add your name and TalkTalk landline number to your Community Profile, we can then take a look at this for you.

How did you report it, @kingfisher5002004 ?

 

Staff are not on here before the morning now and live Chat stops at 9pm, phone support stopped at 7pm, so I'm afraid that we can't help before the morning. 

 

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information for staff to identify your account when they are back on. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....SAVE CHANGES.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
