I am experiencing connection issue when connecting to my work vpn(zscaler).  Can you please help me to resolve this?

Hi,

Yes, today I got new router and I am able to connect to my work VPN (zscaler) successfully. I am now able to continue working from home.

That router is quite old now, so lets get that replaced and see if this helps.  A new Hub is on the way.
