hi I was on the phone to your Indian Call Centre the other day, discussing about possibly moving over to fibrotic.

I came to agreement that I wouldn’t change my contract until it comes to an end. But your Indian Call Centre wouldn’t leave me alone and use pressure even when, I drop the call,  they called me up several times in the next hour and I had to keep dropping the call this is not what Talk Talk should be doing.. I was very tempted to turn off my mobile phone because it was getting that bad.

This is why I’m now considering leaving Talk Talk after several years of being with you. and to remind Talk Talk that some providers can  pay off your contract to move over to them.

I'm no expert, i'm just a guy!

Hi Prescol,

Sorry to hear this.  Sales people in any sector can be pushy, but if you have made your position clear then they should not be repeatedly calling you.

Moving to full fibre sooner than later would be more beneficial to you as the industry is moving in that direction and Openreach will eventually remove existing copper connections, but ultimately the timing should be your choice.

Regards,

Karl.
