For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

My PC was connected to my Sky router through my BT Voyager 802.11g Wireless adapter.
My Talk Talk Fibre 65 connection was connected this morning.
I attempted to connect to my Talk Talk Fibre 65 by selecting the WiFi network and inputting my WiFi password. I got the following error message
'The network password needs to be 40 bits or 104 bits depending on your network configuration.
This can be entered as 5 or 13 ascilli characters or 10 or 26 hexadecimal charecters'
What am I doing wrong please?

Hi @Alan Grieve probably nothing, shutting down both your router and PC the power up router then PC. If that fails and you can connect to the router with another device try changing the new ssid and password to that on your old router. Finally check both devices are using the same encryption wpa2 psk etc.
