I cannot access any VPN websites like Surfshark or Nordvpn

I wanted to buy a VPN but for some reason, I cannot access website like Surfshark.com to try or buy:

 

This site can’t provide a secure connection
surfshark.com sent an invalid response.

 

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

 
I have tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome as well
 
I then decided to look at NordVpn and again same thing happened?. Why is this occurring, does TalkTalk now allow VPNs?. Surely this isn't right?.

Staff will be back on here in the morning, @sofasurfer.

 

Don't do any more resets or switch offs in the meantime. Shouldn't really be more than one or two in a day, to avoid DLM reading these as more disconnections and thereby slowing down your line to try to manage stability.

Have done, but still same issue. Did reset and again internet just drops out. My kids can't play games and I can't do work due to the quality of the internet connection

Still internet is dropping out, updated my profile. Checked connectons, reset, turned off router. But it started happening since yesterday

Thanks, that worked but now after doing this the my wifi just drops out at random times, and speed has slowed down so much more now.

Could you try powering down your router for a full 30 minutes please as this will reset the current session.
