Internet LED flashing and can’t connect wireless devices

I am unable to connect devices to my TalkTalk router.  Both the internet and wireless LED’s are flashing green. The other 2 LED’s are static green…please help

 

All cables and connections checked and rebooted router 3 times now.  Reading the previous posts I even left it off for 30 mins last time.

Which make/model of TalkTalk router do you have? It does sound like it might be an old model.
